Compliance Policy

In the event that you have a concern during the program of your class, we encourage you to discuss this issue with your instructor. If the student or instructor cannot resolve the issue, it should be forwarded to the director. The director will review and discuss all matters with the instructor and the student. If the student does not feel that the issue was adequately resolved they may file a written complaint with the Executive Director of the Office of Higher Education, State of Connecticut, 450 Columbus Blvd., Suite 707, Hartford, CT 06103, or call 860-947-1816.
